Considering how hot it is here in May, These vegetables are doing quite well since I posted the photos below on Instagram a couple weeks ago. It is late in the year to start many of these plants, but I am still hopeful. My recent YouTube video gives a better view of what I have growing.
I also started some moringa seeds which have now been transplanted to the garden. I have more Kale and carrot seedlings to go in the ground as well. Soon I’ll be setting out the luffa, which will require a strong trellis.

Normally I would have been harvesting much more in April. But as I mentioned before in one of my videos, I didn’t plan to start any spring plantings this year, since I’ve been so busy with the van and summer travel plans. I am glad I did though. These times are so uncertain while we still have the corona virus pandemic looming over us.
